Dear Chris,

We would like to sincerely thank you for the way in which you celebrated Michael's life at the Crematorium on Thursday 28 January.

Your words, together with the chosen music and poetry were really thoughtful and allowed Pauline, Shelley, and the family the opportunity to say 'goodbye'. They also provided great comfort particularly on the day of the funeral, which Is perhaps one of the most harrowing and trying of days.

Dear Chris

I just wanted to drop you a short note to thank you for your excellent service in regard to the funeral of my father.

In circumstances such as these, engaging with a family with whom you have no prior knowledge or history is extremely challenging and the way that you approached it from start to finish could not have been better.

I was not there when you sat and spoke with my Mum but she has told me how appreciative she was of the time you took and the way in which you just let her talk in order to tease out vital points in an atmosphere without any stress or pressure.

In all of the aspects of organisation and the delivery of the service, I have to say, that I was very impressed by the communication, efficiency,accuracy and empathy. The delivery of the Eulogy and the running of the service was exactly what we wanted and your contribution to making the service a fitting send off for my Father was immense.

Please don’t take this the wrong way, I don’t want to have to use you again, I suspect however that I will and in that circumstance I would have no hesitation in doing so. I would also have no hesitation in recommending you to others.
