I just wanted to say thank you so much from all of the family for the service yesterday. Everyone loved it & it was nice to get so many of the family involved. It felt more personal because of it and a proper celebration of dad's life; he would have been super proud! You made some great suggestions & made us think of things in a different way. For example, we took the flowers with us & they're now on mum's grave (it was her birthday the day before), although we all took a flower from it to keep.

On behalf of all the family, I would like to thank you for your support and understanding whilst planning for my fathers funeral. Your professional, caring and sensitive approach gave me confidence in preparing "Jacks Story" and you were very helpful in organising the order of service. Everyone appreciated your eulogy and closing poem about Jack, which was very personal to my Dad and made us all smile.
We know that you are there for us if needed in the future.

Hi Chris,
Just wanted to say a massive thank you on behalf of me and my mom and the whole family really. Everybody said what a great service it was, but just because they got the feeling from you, that you knew my dad in the way you conveyed the memories.

I think that's what got us both through it really. So thank you so much. You've done my dad proud.  It feels like we can look back on today not as a sad day, but a day where we remembered.
