I found it very easy to work with you and felt that you had a nuanced and instinctive grasp of what was required. I felt slightly nervous making the amendments to the eulogy, however you made that process also very easy so that I didn't feel awkward. The service itself, I thought, was perfect, all elements came together seamlessly. I really enjoyed listening to the eulogy, your readings, and was very touched by the poem you had written and said for O at the end of the service. It was all well paced and delivered with style and meaning, your speaking voice is perfect. Everyone I spoke with that day was equally impressed, so very well done!
